IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Manage and execute the plan-to-delivery video production process in a scalable, reliable way and be responsible for delivering the highest quality video content
Swiss-army knife of media production - production planning, studio setup, recording, post-production, delivery
Post-production video enhancement with graphics and infographics
Select and manage external subcontractors in media projects
Maintain and improve Reemina’s standard for aesthetics in video and audio, images, and other visual formats and materials
Maintain and improve a scalable organized repository of all Media assets
Need your Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator editing skills
Need your voice & audio post-production skills
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A clarifier: as someone with a passion for producing educational videos that contain powerful tools, your understanding of the person watching it drives you to clarify the speaker’s ideas, making them more usable and the videos extremely easy to consume. You nerd about visual thinking and visual communication skills.
A socialite: you think about atmospheres and know how to create and maintain the right energy of the people on the set. Among Reemina’s circles of curiously expressive audiences at conferences and clients of our experiences, your camera catches the human actions and reactions that unveil the transformative processes happening inside people.
A seasoned maverick: Having found success in traditional systems, you’re ready for next-level with a lean senior team where everyone plays both the managerial and the expert practitioner roles across projects. The work mode is characterized by tranquility, precision, and less energy wasted on guessing.
