HEAD OF SALES

Sales shouldn't be about selling to you, but about making people aware how something can give them value, improve their lives. It's about listening. It's a human to human conversation, that opens new doors and brings positive change.

Deadline

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Search & connect with some of the world's finest entrepreneurs and global leaders

  • Have 1-on-1 discovery calls to understand their business situation and evaluate fit with our curriculum

  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with our customers

  • Set up scalable sales processes and work with the CRM team to capture information in our CRM

  • Hire, mentor, and lead the sales team as our company grows

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep understanding of the high-touch high-ticket (10k$+) sales process and are experienced in generating cold leads, securing sales calls, closing and building ongoing relationships. You enjoy the process and find it fulfilling.

  • Business / leadership / entrepreneurship background. You worked both in/with corporate and entrepreneurial organizations, and understand the challenges leaders face.

  • Have an existing LinkedIn network with high-level connections (VP and above), that consider you experienced and relevant.

  • Experienced in talking to executive-level business people (understand how they think). You speak great English and have an emphatic sales style.

  • Passion for growing teams and mindset to tackle the challenges of fast growth lightly and joyfully.
